These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Nationwide Pardon and Waiver Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We assist clients with applications for criminal pardons (record suspensions), U.S. entry waivers, criminal rehabilitation, and temporary resident permits. We do not provide legal representation or advice unless specifically outlined and provided by a licensed legal professional.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Fees and Payments

All service fees must be paid as agreed upon in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays, suspension, or termination of service. Any outstanding balances may be referred to a third-party collection agency.

5. Refund Policy

Fees paid are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on the stage of your application. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of payment.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Cooperate with our team during the application process
  • Respond to our communications in a timely manner
  • Notify us of any changes to your legal status or contact information

7. Limitation of Liability

Nationwide Pardon and Waiver Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, application denials, or any issues beyond our control. We do not guarantee approval of your application by any government body.

8. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared without your consent, except as required to fulfill service obligations or by law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time if we believe the client has provided false information, violated these Terms, or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful behavior.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
